The customer acknowledges, before placing the order, the general conditions of sale stated on this document and expressly accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the ANGLE-BRACKET.COM website and its customers.We disclaim all responsibility when the use made of our products.
Article 1 - Price
1.1 - The prices of our products are in euros excluding taxes (Excl. Tax) and all taxes (Incl. Tax) excluding the cost of processing and shipping.
The price indicated in the "SHOPPING CART" is the final price, including all taxes and VAT for France and the countries of the Euro zone. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, transport costs, insurance and commissioning.
The price is payable the day of the order confirmation.
1.2 - In case of orders to countries in the European Union (EU) other than France you are the importer of the products concerned.
If you were an individual, VAT will be applied according the rules of the European Union.
If you were a professional, we can, at your request, deduct the VAT paid on your corresponding expenses. To do this, create an account on the website and indicate ANGLE-BRACKET.com your intercommunity VAT number. This shook activated after verification and activation services.
1.3 - In case of orders to countries outside the European Union (non-EU) please take contact with our customer service - see section 6.
1.4 - Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These are not in responsibility of KUCHLY SA. We advise you to take contact with your local .
1.5 - The products remain the property of Kuchly-sa until full payment. We remind you, that when you take physically possession of ordered products, the risk of loss or damage the goods are transferred to you.
Article 2 - Validation of your order
2.1 - You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2.2 - The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. The ANGLE-BRACKET.COM website confirms per Email the acceptance of the purchase order to the customer.
2.3 - The sale will be concluded after the approval by the website ANGLE-BRACKET.COM of the payment of the order, that is to say the date of confirmation of payment online by credit card.
2.4 - The ANGLE-BRACKET.COM website reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
Article 3 - Delivery
3.1 - The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process, within a delay from 30 days depending on the country of delivery. The delivery time correspond to the processing time and delivery time.
3.2 - In case of delivery by a carrier that requires making an appointment with the client, the carrier will contact you as soon as possible to agree with you an appointment for delivery, maximum 30 days later the date of your order validation. KUCHLY SA cannot be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to a client's unavailability after several proposals for appointment by the carrier.
If you buy more products at the same time and that they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the farthest limit. KUCHLY SA reserves however the right to split shipments. The participation fee for processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment.
3.3 - In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery. In case of delayed delivery, we will propose you per Email a new delivery.
In any case, according to legal provisions in the case of late delivery, you get the option to cancel the contract in the terms and conditions laid down in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. In this case, if you received the product after your cancellation, we will reimburse the cost of the product and shipment in terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. We also invite you to regularly check your order status and contact Customer Service with any questions or if problems arise.
We remind you that when you (or a third party designated by you) take possession of physically ordered products, the risk of loss or damage of the goods are transferred to you.
3.4 - The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the country, region and delivery address of the product. So if the freight bill should be reassessed later to the online payment because of a mistake or an incomplete address , the additional costs can be re-bill to the customer.
Article 4 - Payment
4.1 - We remember you that validation of your order implies an obligation to pay the quoted price. The payment of your purchases can be made by means of payment accepted by KUCHLY SA.
4.2 - In the case of payment by card, you must provide details of his credit card, which is sent through an encrypted connection to our Bank. Follows a verification phase on his credit card, more commonly known application for authorization.
If agreed, the payment is recorded; one page (the ticket of payment) is displayed on the screen of the user. In the event that the payment centers concerned have refused to give their consent, the order will be cancelled and the customer notified by email.
4.3 - The charge of the costs on the credit card is performed during the order.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
5.1 - Legal time the right of withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right to cancel within that 14 days, you have another 14 days to return the product or products concerned by the withdrawal.
5.2 - Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the period referred in 5.1, only the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. The cost of return remain at your expense.
The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) for their reselling and, if possible, with a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.
If depreciation of the product resulting from the handling other than those necessary to identification, characteristics and functioning of the product, your liability may be incurred.
To apply your right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, you will find enclosed in Annex 1 the standard form of withdrawal to contact us at: Établissements Jean KUCHLY, ZAC HORIZON – RUE DU LEVANT, F-57445 RÉDING. You can apply your right of withdrawal by mail or an email expressing your will to retract unambiguously and communicating the order number concerned by the withdrawal.
Once the form or the withdrawal statement sent to Kuchly-sa no later than 14 days after receipt of your order, you must return the Kuchly-SA the products concerned within 14 days starting of the sending the form of your retraction.
Returns charges are your responsibility.

5.4 - Back payment / Refund
KUCHLY SA will refund the sums paid (including shipping) in a delay of 14 days from the date that KUCHLY SA have been informed of your decision to retract and using the same means of payment used for the order (unless your express consent for a refund according to another method of payment). The repayment date can be postponed until recovery of the product or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product. Kuhly-sa is not required to pay you extra charges if you have expressly opted for a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method proposed on ANGLE-BRACKET.COM.
Note, however, in the event of a total or partial payment by gift vouchers, that they may not be repaid either in cash or by check, or by credit card. The refund gift vouchers for purchases made will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for the same amount as paid in this form.
No sending against-refunding will be accepted for whatever reason.

7.1 - All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced or represented on KUCHLY SA sites are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property worldwide. As such and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction or total or partial representation of KUCHLY SA sites or any or all of the elements found on the website is strictly prohibited.
7.2 - Company names, trademarks and distinctive signs displayed on KUCHLY SA sites are protected under trademark law. Reproduction or representation of all or part of the aforementioned signs is strictly prohibited and is subject to prior written permission of the trademark owner.
